Shipping methods
We offer reliable shipping methods to ensure your order reaches you safely and promptly. Orders placed before 23:00 CET on business days are processed and shipped the same day. Next day delivery is not applicable to pre orders. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive tracking information to follow your shipment’s progress. Delivery times and fees vary depending on the destination country.

Currently, VELO CUSH ships within the EU (Netherlands, Belgium & Germany). For other countries, please contact us at hello@velocush.com before placing your order.

Missing or damaged items
If your package is missing items or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery to file a claim. Be sure to provide:
- Your order number
- Photos of the packaging (if damaged)
- A description of the issue
Claims submitted after 7 days may not be eligible for resolution.
Note on packaging damage
We carefully package every order to ensure your VELO CUSH arrives safely. However, if the packaging is damaged during transit but the product itself is fully functional, it will not be eligible for replacement or refund.
Delivered but not received
If your tracking shows that your package has been marked as “Delivered”, but you have not received it, please file a claim directly with the carrier. You will need to provide us with the proof of loss or a formal claim confirmation from the carrier. Claims for packages marked as delivered will not be eligible after 7 days from the delivery date.
Returns
You have the right to return your order within 14 days of receipt in accordance with EU consumer law. Please note:
- The product must be unused and in original condition
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the return is received and inspected
Order modification & cancellation
Orders cannot be modified or cancelled once they have been placed. Please check your order details carefully before confirming your purchase.
General information
- Orders placed before 23:00 CET (Mon–Fri) are shipped the same business day.
- Orders placed after 23:00 CET or on weekends/holidays will be shipped the next business day.
- Tracking information is provided as soon as your order has been dispatched.
